Ingredients:
(for a whopping 14 servings of sugar free banana bread)
- 2 cups of flour (all purpose or gluten free all purpose or some other whatever else you want)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup of Sweetify stevia sweetener
- ½ cup of butter softened to room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 bananas (preferably ripe) mashed
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
How to Make:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 325 and prepare a nonstick pan.
Step 2: Take a bowl, add the flour, baking soda and baking powder. Mix them well.
Step 3: Take another bowl and add Sweetify, butter and the vanilla extract. Stir it all together.
Step 4: Now, add the flour mixture made in step 2 to the sweet buttery mixture made in step 3 gradually (especially not more than half at once) and keep stirring. Mix them well.
Step 5: After having the mixed the above mixture well, you can add the mashed bananas and the chopped nuts.
Step 6: Put the batter in the nonstick pan and bake for 65 to 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Step 7: Let it cool for a few minutes, enjoy the heavenly fragrance and then take it out from the pan.
