Ingredients:
(for one 8-inch strawberry cheesecake)
- ¾ cup digestive biscuit crumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 230 grams of softened cream cheese
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 2 tablespoons of strawberry fruit puree
- 2 tablespoons Sweetify stevia sweetener
- 500 grams of sliced strawberries
How to Make:
Step 1: Mix the digestive biscuit crumbs, the melted butter, the ground cinnamon and the ground nutmeg.
Step 2: Press the wet sand like mixture into an 8-inch pie bowl/ dish. Leave it to refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
Step 3: Beat cream cheese in a bowl with a mixer on medium speed until softened.
Step 4: Reduce the speed to slow while you gradually beat it in milk (the mixture will be watery).
Step 5: Add the strawberry fruit puree and the Sweetify stevia sweetener. Beat the mixture until it is thick and smooth.
Step 6: Take ½ of the mixture obtained and layer it on the base layer of crumbs, butter cinnamon and nutmeg made in Step 1. Take ½ of the sliced strawberries and make it layer number 3. Layer numbers 4 and 5 will be the remaining ½ cream cheese and ½ sliced strawberries respectively.
Step 7: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until the cake sets and enjoy.
