Sugar Free Besan ke Laddoo
A simple and sweet traditional recipe only without sugar. Let’s get ready for a dose of sweetness without harming our bodies!

Ingredients:
(for 2 servings of sugar free besan ke laddoo)
2 cups gram flour (coarse)
Nuts (Almonds, Cashews 5 to 6 each)
½ cup ghee
½ tsp green cardamom powder
⅓ cup Sweetify 0 calorie stevia sweetener
How to Make:
Step 1: Grind the nuts into a coarse powder and set aside.
Step 2:Melt the ghee in a kadhai. After which, add the gram flour and cook on low heat till it becomes light brown and fragrant. This can take around 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 3: Add the but powder made in Step 1 and also the green cardamom powder. Mix and take the kadhai off the heat. Set aside to cool.
Step 4: Add Sweetify stevia sweetener and mix well with hands.
Step 5: Shape them into small balls and store in an airtight container after the balls have cooled.
