Ingredients

(for 8 pieces of sugar free coconut barfi)

  1. A cup of fresh grated coconut
  2. 2 tbsp Sweetify stevia sweetener
  3. 50 grams of skimmed milk powder
  4. 1 tsp cardamom powder

How to Make

Step 1: Add all the above ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Step 2: After mixing well, make a 1-inch high sheet out of it.

Step 3: Refrigerate for 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 4: After having set, cut it into whatever shapes you prefer and enjoy!
