Ingredients

(for 10 servings of sugar free chocolate balls)

  1. One cup of walnuts
  2. Half a cup of pumpkin seeds
  3. One-fourth cup of cocoa powder
  4. Two teaspoons of Sweetify
  5. Ten pitted dates
  6. Grated coconut for rolling in

How to Make

Step 1:  Add the walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cocoa powder, and Sweetify into a mixer and start making a smooth mixture out of them.

 

 

Step 2: When the walnuts and pumpkin seeds have broken apart, add the dates and keep processing them in the mixer until they start coming together.

 

 

Step 3: You can add a touch of water (1 to 2 tablespoons) if you need to so that the mixture starts holding shape together.

 

 

Step 4: Take the mix out and roll it into balls.

Step 5: Coat or garnish the chocolate balls in the grated coconut.

Step 6: Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set. After which you can take them out and enjoy.
