Sugar-Free Dates and Nuts Ladoo Recipe
Step 1: Begin by finely chopping the seedless dates or blending them into a coarse paste. This will be the natural sweetener for our ladoos.
Step 2: In a dry pan, lightly roast the mixed nuts on a low flame until they turn golden brown. Once done, allow them to cool, and then chop them into small pieces.
Step 3: In the same pan, add a tablespoon of ghee, followed by the chopped dates. Stir continuously on low heat until the dates soften and turn into a sticky, smooth mixture.
Step 4: Add the roasted nuts, desiccated coconut and stevia sweetener to the date mixture. Sprinkle in the cardamom powder and mix everything well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
Step 5: Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then grease your hands with a little ghee and shape the mixture into small ladoos. Press them firmly to ensure they hold their shape.
Step 6: Let the ladoos set at room temperature for an hour. You can store these ladoos in an airtight container for up to a week.
