Ingredients:
(for 25 servings of sugar free easy motichoor ladoo recipe at home)
- 0.5 cup of ghee
- 1.5 cups of wheat rava
- 4 cups of hot water
- 1.5 cups Sweetify stevia sweetener
- 0.5 teaspoon of Saffron
- 0.5 teaspoon of cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons of chopped cashews and pistachios each
- 2 tablespoons of melon seeds
How to Make:
Step 1: Take a kadhai and add the ghee and wheat rava.
Step 2: Heat on low flame until the mixture emits a nice aroma.
Step 3: Continue heating till the mixture changes color.
Step 4: Add in the hot water and keep stirring continuously.
Step 5: Now add half the saffron and keep stirring till all the water has been absorbed by the rava.
Step 6: After the rava has been cooked well, add the remaining half Saffron and also Sweetify stevia sweetener.
Step 7: Keep stirring until everything is mixed well.
Step 8: Cover the kadhai and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 9: Mix until the mixture starts separating from the kadhai.
Step 10: Cover and let it cool slightly.
Step 11: Lastly, add the cardamom powder, the melon seeds and the chopped cashews and pistachios.
Step 12: Mix everything well together. Now you can make balls out of the mixture and your sugar free motichoor ladoos are ready to eat.
