Mawa Sweet Recipe Steps:
Step 1: Crumble the mawa into a nonstick pan. Cook over low heat, stirring often to make sure it cooks through. The mawa will exude a delicious aroma and eventually turn golden brown. It will take twenty to twenty-five minutes to roast slowly, but the outcome is well worth the work.
Step 2: Thoroughly combine the roasted makka with the ghee. Roast for a further five minutes, or until the ghee is thoroughly mixed in and the mixture takes on a hint of sheen.
Step 3: Now combine the mixture with the Sweetify stevia sweetener. Until the Sweetify is completely dissolved and the mixture starts to thicken, stirring constantly. This should take five minutes or so.
Step 4: Add the soaking saffron, nutmeg powder, and cardamom powder. Till the flavors are properly blended, thoroughly mix everything.
Step 5: Take the pan off of the burner and let the mixture cool a little. Once the dough has cooled sufficiently, take tiny amounts and form them into circular pedas. To slightly flatten them, lightly press them.
Step 6: Add chopped almonds and pistachios to the top of each peda. Before putting them in an airtight container, let them cool fully.
