Ingredients
(for 2 servings of sugar free oats kheer)
- 1 cup of oats
- ½ litre milk
- Sweetify stevia sweetener
- 4 to 5 dates
- 6 to 7 almonds and raisins each
- 2 cardamoms
- 1 banana
How to Make
Step 1: Take the oats and roast them for 4 to 5 minutes (we can’t believe we have to say this but not verbally please).
Step 2: Take a pan and add milk, cardamom, dates, almonds, raisins and Sweetify stevia sweetener to taste. Let all of it boil for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Now add the oats and keep boiling till the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
Step 4: You can top it with fruits if you want. Enjoy it either hot or cold.
