How to Make
Step 1: Sieve the besan flour and keep it aside.
Step 2: Take a kadhai, add ghee and heat it on a slow flame.
Step 3: Take another pan, add the water and Sweetify and mix well.
Step 4: Now, slowly start adding the sieved besan kept aside in step 1. Do it gradually because adding all in one go might make lumps form in the mixture.
Step 5: Keep stirring, when the mixture turns frothy, shift it to a new bowl.
Step 6: Add the hot ghee in 3 to 4 batches and keep mixing. Do so until the ghee is mixed properly in around 5 to 7 minutes. Do not stop stirring.
Step 7: Let it rest for an hour and cut it into preferred eating size & shape and enjoy. You can even top and garnish it with whatever you like.
And that’s a wrap. It’s a royal dish but that doesn’t mean it has to be complicated.
